Mr. Enshan Zhao (businessowner) invested over 3 million dollars on this brand-new restaurant. Zhao a isa passionate, successful entrepreneur and an absolute food enthusiast amongother individuals. Mr. Zhao will also be serving as the managing director of thenew elite Cantonese restaurant in Laguna Beach.

The property will bedeveloped into a modern, upscale Chinese restaurant, 100% occupied and operatedby 680 South Coast Highway, LLC. The site is located in a tourist territory oneblock away from the main beach.
